SHIPPING

  1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

  1. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in the European Union. Any shipments outside of the European Union are not available at this time. We are working on further options like delivery world wide.

  1. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order (to an address in Poland) within 2-4 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices,

delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, delivery within Poland costs 17.90 PLN per order via courier and 14.90 PLN per Poczta Polska. Free delivery is from the amount 300 PLN. Delivery to customers outside of Poland cost is according to postal region, postal method and weight of parcel. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@e-delikat.com.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) or in the unlikely event of you receiving faulty or damaged goods you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or refund.  In this case simply email us and we will arrange return or replacement of goods. Goods returned must be in their original packaging, unopened and are returned at the customer’s expense. The costs for the new delivery will be covered by e-delikat.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If for some reason you wish for your order to be cancelled please contact us at info@e-delikat.com, we will try and help you as best we can.

When your order is delivered, you acquire ownership of all items. e-delikat  will not be responsible for any damage inflicted on the items after delivery unless it is due to a manufacturing fault and is covered under warranty.
